In response to various social issues surrounding childcare, such as the problem of waiting lists for children, a shortage of childcare workers, and regional disparities, we are working on our mission of “creating an environment where all children can grow up with peace of mind.”

Social Issues
Social issues surrounding childcare include the problem of children on waiting lists in urban areas, a shortage of childcare workers and poor working conditions, regional disparities in the quality of childcare, and a lack of response to the needs of diverse families. Other serious issues include the increasing demand for nighttime childcare and childcare for sick children, and the lack of a system to promote childcare support throughout society. To solve these issues, there is a need to expand childcare facilities, improve working conditions for childcare workers, and build a comprehensive support system with the cooperation of local communities and companies.
Our Initiatives
We offer flexible childcare services that suit the diverse lifestyles of parents. We have a support system in place to meet your needs, including extended childcare hours, temporary childcare, early morning and nighttime childcare, and strive to create an environment where parents can leave their children with peace of mind.
In order to provide high-quality childcare, we focus on training childcare workers and supporting their skill development. Through regular training and learning opportunities with external lecturers, we aim to improve the knowledge and practical skills required in the field.
